Revealing hidden building envelope deficiencies
Thermography makes it possible to visualize the thermal behaviour of a building and detect deficiencies that are not visible to the naked eye. Partie 5 uses infrared thermography to identify heat loss, air leakage and other conditions that may compromise building envelope performance.
Partie 5 performs thermographic inspections of building facades and roofing systems to evaluate building envelope performance and identify areas requiring further investigation or corrective action.

Our Level II certified thermographers conduct inspections in accordance with applicable ASTM standards, including ASTM E1186 and ASTM C1060 for facades, as well as ASTM 1153 for roofing systems. Thermographic surveys can be combined with other investigative methods to provide a comprehensive assessment of the building envelope.
