Confirming the source of air and water leakage
When air or water leakage is suspected, diagnostic testing helps pinpoint its source and identify the underlying causes. Partie 5 performs standardized field tests that support accurate diagnosis and guide effective corrective action.
Partie 5 conducts diagnostic testing to evaluate the airtightness and watertightness of building envelope systems and confirm the presence of deficiencies that may affect building performance.

Our services include smoke testing to detect air leakage and water penetration testing to identify sources of water infiltration. These tests are performed in accordance with ASTM E1186-22 and AAMA 501.2, using methodologies tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
