Ensuring building envelope performance from day one

The performance of a building envelope depends as much on proper execution as it does on sound design. Building envelope commissioning helps verify that envelope systems meet the project's requirements and are capable of delivering the expected level of performance and long-term durability.

Partie 5 supports project teams throughout the building envelope commissioning process, providing quality assurance during both the design and construction phases.

Our services may include the review of drawings and specifications, shop drawing reviews, factory and site inspections, and verification of building envelope installation. Depending on the project's needs, we may also perform monitoring, thermographic surveys, diagnostic testing, standardized performance testing and numerical simulations to validate system performance.

This approach enables owners, property managers and design professionals to reduce the risk of building envelope failures, improve construction quality and ensure the long-term performance of their buildings.
