Simon Bélanger is a Professional Technologist in Architectural Technology and Project Manager in Building Science at Partie 5's Québec City office.

After completing his studies in Architectural Technology, Simon worked as an estimator specializing in windows and curtain wall systems for residential and commercial high-rise projects. He later expanded his expertise in the residential sector, conducting energy efficiency assessments, pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections, as well as inspections for residential warranty programs.

With more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Simon is recognized for his rigorous approach, attention to detail and keen observational skills. Passionate about the built environment, he continually strives to expand his expertise to better support his clients.
