Patrick Masson is a senior building envelope consultant with more than 30 years of experience in building assessment, forensic investigations, technical analysis and expert consulting.

From 1996 to 2012, he served as Senior Principal Technician at Cobalt, now STGM. He then joined CLEB-UL, where he held the positions of Director of Building Envelope Consulting and later General Manager, overseeing building envelope services across four offices until 2020.

Over the years, Patrick has developed extensive expertise in the technical design of building envelopes and the application of building materials and systems.

A member of the technical committee of the Institut de la maçonnerie du Québec (IMQ) since 1998, he served as its Chair from 2010 to 2018 and continues to be a frequent speaker at industry conferences and professional events.
